Atypical presentation of Riedel’s thyroiditis: multifocal nodular fibrosis and resolution with levothyroxine

In patients presenting with a diffusely enlarged hard thyroid gland the differential diagnosis lies between thyroid carcinoma, lymphoma, and Riedel’s thyroiditis.
